This page explains how Sell Express handles information shared through homeowner inquiries and investor buyer-contact forms.

Information you choose to share

Homeowner inquiries may include property, contact, and sale-context details. Investor buyer-contact records may include contact details, buy-box criteria, and an optional buyer photo. Seller reviews may include review text, contact details, an acknowledgement, and optional business names, descriptions, and public media or website links.

How Sell Express uses it

We use submitted information to respond to seller inquiries, review investor criteria, communicate using the selected preference, and help identify relevant opportunities. Seller reviews are privately moderated before any public display. Paid first-placement purchases are processed through Stripe and do not guarantee approval or change the content of a review.

Who may receive it

Authorized Sell Express team members may access it to support these services. When you choose to pursue a transaction, relevant details may be shared with people involved in that specific transaction when needed.

A submission is not an account

Homeowner and investor form submissions do not create an app account or membership. Internal workspace access is separately controlled for authorized users.

Contact, retention, and choices

We keep submitted information for the time reasonably needed to respond, coordinate work, and meet operational or legal obligations. You can ask the Sell Express team to update your contact details or buyer criteria.
